Marketing strategy, not gut feeling
I build marketing strategies on what you know about your customers. Not on what you think you know.
30 minutes online, free. You leave with a suggested first step – even if you never hire me.

Marketing runs on gut feeling more often than we admit
A color gets picked because someone likes it. A channel gets added because competitors have one. The target audience is “women 25–45,” and nobody ever checked. When something fails, another channel gets added.
Without an answer to this, every campaign is a guess. And guessing costs money – just never on a single invoice.
3 steps, no surprises
Each step is a separate decision. You can stop after the first one and you owe me nothing.
Initial consultation
30 minutes online. We go over where you are and where it hurts. You leave with a summary and a suggested next step – even if that step is “nothing for now.”
Diagnosis
60–90 minutes in depth. 5 questions every business needs to be able to answer. Usually the problem turns out to be somewhere other than expected.
Plan
A document you can actually work with: what to start, what to stop, and what to do differently. Plus what to measure – and what can't be measured.
Sound familiar?
If at least 2 of these ring true, we'll get along. The industry doesn't matter – online stores, services, and manufacturing, B2B as well as B2C.
Who it's not for: If you expect someone to guarantee numbers, or marketing to rescue a product that doesn't work – I'll tell you at the first meeting. Not after 3 months of work you've paid for. When not to call me
4 things you'll hear
right at the start
How it worksI don't promise numbers. I promise a system.
Working out what needs to be done is possible. Guaranteeing the result isn't – and anyone who does is lying.
Some things can't be measured.
Brand and SEO reach places your analytics will never show. That doesn't mean the effect isn't there. I'll tell you when it's fine to simply trust something.
Everything in marketing is connected.
Touch one channel and it affects 3 others. That's why it makes no sense to fix your ads without looking at what your website says.
Sometimes the best strategy is to stop doing something.
The cheapest improvement is often cutting an activity that isn't going anywhere.

What Is a Content Strategy and How to Build One
A content strategy is a decision about who you're writing for, what that person is dealing with right now, and what they should do after reading. The posting calendar is just logistics. I'll show you how to make those 3 decisions and how to build a smaller version yourself.

What Is Google Discover and How to Get Your Content Into It
Google Discover is a feed of articles and videos that Google serves to people on their phones based on their interests – without them searching for anything. I'll show you what Google recommends for Discover and how to get your content into it.
30 minutes that can change things
You tell me where you are, I tell you what I'd tackle first in your place. Whether we end up working together is a question for later.
