Custom software & automation

Orders in one system, campaigns in another, quotes in a spreadsheet. I'll build you a tool that takes over the manual work and gives you numbers you can make decisions on instead of hunches. It's yours, and we keep developing it together.

  • The tool is yours – code, hosting, and data live in your accounts
  • It doesn't end at handover – the tool grows as your business changes
  • Works with what you have – online store, spreadsheets, ad platforms

30 minutes online, free. I'll also tell you if something you already have would do the job.

A team standing around a table with laptops and documents – David Zelenka

Your business grew. Your tools didn't.

At the start, a spreadsheet was enough. Then came the online store, ads, more suppliers – and a new system with each of them. Now numbers get copied by hand, and only whoever knows where to look has the full picture.

Off-the-shelf software rarely fits – it does a hundred things, just not the one you need. I build the tool around how your business actually runs, so decisions are made on data, not on what someone happens to remember. But I only start building once it's clear what the tool should show and why – otherwise it just speeds up the chaos you already have.

I write the code with AI. That makes me faster, and it makes a custom tool worthwhile even for a business that would never hire a developer.

What I can build for you

Talk about what's slowing you down

One place to see everything

Orders, prices, customers, and campaigns in one app. In the morning, you open one page instead of five systems.

Quote calculators and product finders

A quote put together from a form instead of by hand. Or a guide on your website that helps customers choose.

Connected systems

Whatever someone copies from one system to another today gets there on its own. No retyping, no waiting for someone to get round to it.

AI-assisted analysis

Hundreds of emails, reviews, or support requests nobody has time to read. AI goes through them and sums up what keeps coming back.

How it works

No six-month project built on a stack of specs. We start with the smallest version that helps you, and build on it based on how it gets used.

01

Consultation

30 minutes, free. You tell me what's slowing you down, and I tell you whether it's worth building anything.

02

Proposal and price

I write down what the tool will do and what it will connect to. You know the project price before I start.

03

Built in stages

You don't see it only when it's finished. You try the first part as early as possible, and we shape the next one from there.

04

Launch

I deploy the tool to your accounts, hand over access, and show you how to work with it.

05

Ongoing development

I keep it running and extend it when something in your business changes. This is where our work together really starts.

Two men talking at a café table – David Zelenka

The tool is yours. All of it.

The code, hosting, and data live in your accounts. If you ever decide to stop working with me, you leave with the tool and nothing gets locked away.

When I take over a client from another agency, I sometimes find the agency won't hand over data that belongs to the client. I don't want anyone to depend on me like that. I want you to work with me because it makes sense for you, not because you have nowhere else to go.

If you'd rather the tool ran on my side, that's possible too. But it's your choice, not a condition.

What it costs

Priced per project, by scope – you get the exact price up front, before I start building.

On top of that, a monthly partnership: I keep the tool running and extend it as your business changes. We agree the amount based on how much it will need.

The price mostly depends on how many systems the tool connects to,how many people will use it, and whether only your team sees it or your customers do too. You pay for hosting in your own accounts directly to the providers, and I'll tell you how much in advance. All prices are final.

Pick a time

What's already running

I don't name the companies – what someone has had built is their business. The industry and the problem are enough to show what I mean.

  • Operations dashboard for an online store

Prices, orders, customers, and campaigns lived in several systems. Now an internal app reads the data and shows it in one place – without writing anything back to the store. The owner can see how the business is doing first thing in the morning.

  • AI analysis of customer support

An online store with hundreds of conversations a month. Support answered every one, but nobody could see what people kept coming back with. AI now goes through them – and instead of a hunch, there's a list of specific things to fix on the website and in the process.

  • Quote calculator

A construction company that worked out every quote by hand. Now a web app puts the quote together from a form. It's live and in daily use.

What I build and use myself

I can show you my own tools in full, because they're mine.

  • tools.davidzelenka.cz – public tools for marketers, free and with no sign-up,
  • CMP Lite – a cookie banner with Google Consent Mode v2 that you deploy with a single tag in Google Tag Manager,
  • my own CRM – clients, time tracking, invoicing, and meeting bookings in one app.

Frequently asked questions

  • Who will look after the tool?

I will. I keep it running, fix whatever breaks, and add what you need. That's what the monthly partnership covers – you just use the tool.
  • What happens if we stop working together?

You keep the tool and everything in it. The code, hosting, and data are in your accounts, so all I do is remove my access. Anyone can pick it up from there.
  • How long does it take?

It depends on the scope, and you get a date together with the price. Because I build in stages, you can use the first part before the whole thing is done.
  • Do we need our own developer?

No. I handle the technical side – what I need from you is how your business works and what's slowing you down. If you do have a developer, I'll work with them.
  • How safe is our data?

It stays in your accounts, and the tool only gets the access it needs – if reading the data is enough, it doesn't change anything. When something is processed with AI, I only send it to services that don't use your data to train their models.

Tell me what's slowing you down

In 30 minutes, we'll work out whether it's worth building your own tool or whether you just need to get more out of what you already have. I'll tell you straight either way.
