How we'll work together

No surprises, no commitment up front. Here's exactly what happens when you get in touch.

  • Free consultation – 30 minutes online, no strings attached
  • Diagnosis and plan – what to start, what to stop, what to measure
  • When not to call me – I'll tell you at the start, not after 3 months

30 minutes online, free. You leave with a suggested first step – even if you never hire me.

From first message to a plan

Each step is a separate decision. You can stop after the first one and you owe me nothing.

01

30 minutes, free, online

You tell me where you are and where it hurts. Within 2 business days, you get a written summary and a suggested first step.

02

60–90 minutes in depth

5 questions every business needs to be able to answer. By the third one, the answers usually start to diverge – and that's the problem.

03

A plan you can actually use

What to start, what to stop, what to do differently, and what to measure. A list of decisions with the reasoning behind them, not a deck that gathers dust.

How much it costs

Pricing depends on the project – a one-off review differs from 6 months of mentoring. You get an exact quote up front, with no hidden items.

My base rate is €100/hour. For larger projects and long-term work, we agree on a flat fee.

The initial consultation is free, with no commitment. It only makes sense to talk money after that – until then, I don't even know what you actually need.

Pick a time

When not to call me

I'd rather say it at the start than after 3 months. In these 6 situations, I'm not the right choice – and I can spot them right away in the consultation.

  • You want execution without strategy

“Just set up our ads” – with no clarity on who they're for or why. I can do it, but without a framework it's throwing money into a channel nobody is steering.

  • You want guaranteed numbers

Working out what needs to be done is possible. Guaranteeing the result isn't – and anyone who guarantees it is either lying or counting on nobody checking a year later.

  • You don't want to hear that something isn't working

Telling you uncomfortable truths is part of my job. If you're looking for someone to confirm a decision you've already made, we won't be a good match.

  • You're looking for the cheapest option

I'm not the cheapest and I don't try to be. If price is your main criterion, you'll find a better choice than me.

  • You want to hand it off and stop thinking about it

The goal is that after 6 months, you know what you're doing and why. That takes your time, not just your budget.

  • You want marketing to save a product that doesn't work

No marketing can do that. All it can do is spread the word faster that the product doesn't work.

None of these fit? Then we're on the same page, and the next step is simple.

Frequently asked questions

  • Do I have to continue after the initial consultation?

No. After every step, you decide again. After the initial consultation, you owe nothing, and you keep the summary even if we part ways.
  • When will we see the first results?

You have decisions you can work with right after the plan. The numbers move later, and differently for each channel – weeks for ads, months for content and SEO. I won't promise a specific date, because I'd be making it up.
  • Do you work with our current agencies and freelancers?

Yes, and it's usually better than replacing them. I write the plan so they can work with it. If it turns out someone isn't delivering, I'll say so – but that's not the point of our work together.
  • Are we too small a company to work with you?

What matters more is whether there's someone to hand the plan to. If nobody does marketing now and nobody will have time for it later either, it's better to say so right away.

It starts with 30 minutes

That's all you need to begin. You tell me where you are, I tell you what I see.
