A workshop for your team

Half a day or a full day on 5 questions. By the end, your team has the same answer to who you actually sell to – and tasks, not notes.

  • Half a day, or a full day if you want to go deeper
  • 5 questions your team needs to agree on
  • Tasks, not notes – with a name next to each one

30 minutes online, free. We'll talk about whether a workshop is what you need.

When your team doesn't agree, your customers notice

The most common situation: sales tells customers one thing, marketing writes another, and the owner has a third in mind. Nobody inside is bothered, because everyone assumes the others see it the same way.

Customers see an inconsistent brand. And no campaign can fix that – it has to be talked out around a table.

A full day on 5 questions

Nobody sits through a lecture. The team answers the same 5 questions I use in a diagnosis – who we are, what we sell, to whom, why they should care, and why us.

Everyone answers on their own first, then the answers are compared. The moment 5 different definitions of the customer show up on the screen does most of the work for me. The rest of the day goes into building an answer people agree on.

My role is to facilitate, ask uncomfortable questions, and not let it shrink into generic phrases.

4 things your team takes away

Ask about a workshop

One shared answer to the 5 questions

Written down, not just agreed on in the room.

A list of where your messaging contradicts itself today

Website, social media, sales materials – specifically where the brand contradicts itself.

What's next

Specific tasks, each with the name of whoever is taking it on.

Notes you can come back to

6 months later, they show what you agreed on – and what came of it.

It's not a training course

In training, people learn how to do something. Here, they agree on what to do. You can tell the difference because after the workshop nobody has notes – everyone has tasks.

If you need to teach your team a specific skill – working with AI, SEO basics, reading data – I'll do that too. Just tell me what's missing.

How it works

Half a day or a full day, depending on how far you want to get. Online, or on-site by arrangement – travel outside the Czech Republic is agreed separately. Best with 4–8 people, but one person works too. I go through your materials beforehand, so I don't start from zero.

Half-day workshop4 hours
Priced by scope
Full-day workshopa full day, the complete 5-question method
Priced by scope

Priced as a whole, not by the hour – it covers preparation based on your materials, the workshop itself, and the written summary. The quote you get up front is final.

Frequently asked questions

  • How many people need to attend the workshop?

It works best with 4–8 people, but I'll run a workshop for just one person too – it just looks different and goes deeper rather than aiming for agreement.
  • Can you run a workshop on a topic other than strategy?

Yes. Marketing, AI in practice, reading data, SEO basics. Tell me what your team is missing and I'll tailor it.
  • Where does the workshop take place?

Online, or on-site by arrangement – travel outside the Czech Republic is agreed separately. On-site, it works best somewhere away from the office, so meetings don't get in the way. Online works too, but it's harder over a full day.
  • What do we take away in writing?

A written summary with your shared answer to the 5 questions, a list of places where your brand contradicts itself today, and tasks with names. Not a photo of a flipchart.
  • How much does a workshop cost?

It's priced by scope and billed as a whole, not by hours worked. The price covers preparation based on your materials, the workshop itself, and the written summary. You get a quote up front, and it's final.
